We are seeking a reliable and energetic Back Server to support our bartenders and servers while learning the fundamentals of elevated food and beverage service. This is an ideal entry point for hospitality professionals interested in advancing into Server and Bartender positions.
Responsibilities
Service Support
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables throughout service
- Refill water and assist with guest requests
- Support bartenders with glassware, ice, garnishes, and stocking
Operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and bar
- Polish glassware, silverware, and service equipment
- Support private events and special functions
Teamwork
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
- Anticipate team needs and maintain a strong sense of urgency
- Contribute to a positive, professional work environment
Qualifications
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
